Position Summary:

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will lead patient care related to eye and vision health, as well as general well-being.

Your autonomy includes:

1. Establishing your practice days
2. Setting your hours of operation
3. Controlling your patient schedule
4. Setting your fee schedule
5. Retaining 100% of exam/professional fees

Optional support services at fair market value include:

• Equipment and instrumentation
• Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if permitted by state)

Minimum qualifications for lease agreement:
