You will have autonomy to establish your practice days, hours, and patient flow, set fees, and keep 100% of exam/professional fees where permitted. This model emphasizes clinical excellence with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license required.
• MD/DO ophthalmology credentials and license required.
• General and professional liability insurance certificates.
• ME/VA licenses handled by Gumberg Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Lease space inside Sam's Club to provide eye and vision care.
• Launch and lead patient care services as an independent optometrist.
• Establish days, hours, and patient scheduling autonomously.
• Set your fee schedule and manage professional fees.
