Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking an Independent Optometrist to launch services inside Sam’s Club locations. You will lead eye and vision care, operate independently within the club, and control your patient schedule and fee structure.

You will establish your own days of practice and hours of operation, leasing space and potentially receiving support services where allowed by state regulations, while keeping 100% of exam fees.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• MD or DO ophthalmology degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lease space inside Sam’s Club and establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Maintain your own patient schedule and set your fee schedule.
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees as the independent lease holder.
• Lead patient care in eye and vision health within the Sam’s Club setting.
