Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care in eye and vision health as well as general wellbeing.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Set your fee schedule and manage your patient schedule.

Education

Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school

Valid state optometry license

Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school

Valid state ophthalmology license
