Luxottica's LensCrafters-based Gold Coast Eye Associates in Waterbury, CT seeks an FT/PT Associate Optometrist affiliated with a Subleasing Doctor. You’ll provide high-quality optometric care within an independent practice and negotiate terms directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Responsibilities

• Work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Provide high quality optometric care to patients.
• Autonomy to care for patients and practice without company-imposed quotas.
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments.
• Operate in a fully furnished OD office with modern eye examination tools such as Clarifye.
