Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join an independent practice within our LensCrafters network. Work with a Subleasing Doctor to provide high-quality eye care and services to patients in a flexible, autonomy-supported setting.

The role offers full scope of practice, scheduling flexibility including part-time options, and access to advanced OD equipment such as Clarifye and Daytona Optomap. Compensation is negotiated with the Subleasing Doctor.

Qualifications

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments
• Full scope of practice predicated on your discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor
• Office equipped with OD equipment; Clarifye
• Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System with full support

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients
• Work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor
• Collaborate with the Subleasing doctor to determine terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours
• Utilize advanced eye examination technology and pre-testing support
• Maintain patient recall and online appointment scheduling systems
