Luxottica, through LensCrafters, seeks an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join an independent practice. You will operate within the practice of a subleasing optometrist, delivering high-quality optometric care and patient service while negotiating terms directly with the subleasing doctor.

This private practice model offers professional autonomy, flexible scheduling (including part-time options), and a fully furnished OD office with state-of-the-art equipment like Clarifye and Daytona Optomap

Qualifications

• OD with licensing to practice in the US (as applicable).
• Full scope of optometric care within an independent practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Work within the practice of a LensCrafters subleasing optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Maintain professional autonomy and discretion in patient care within negotiated terms.
