LensCrafters, an independent optometry practice affiliated with Luxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to join a subleasing doctor arrangement. You will deliver high-quality optometric care within the practice, with autonomy negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Offered are flexible scheduling options, a full suite of equipment (Clarifye, Daytona Optomap), and a total rewards package including health care and discounts. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Waterbury, CT.

Qualifications

• Independent OD affiliation with LensCrafters
• Experience in optometric care within a private practice
• Ability to work as part of a subleasing doctor arrangement

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients
• Work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist
• Maintain professional autonomy within agreement with Subleasing Doctor
