Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite laboratory liaison; work independently at facility.
• Collect specimens; perform venipuncture across all ages; explain collection procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
• Process orders accurately; monitor waiting areas and ensure PHI protection.
• Process specimens promptly; monitor pending functions and maintain clean work areas.
• Complete mandatory trainings and participate in department meetings and inspections.
