DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner as independent contractors to support military service members in Nevada. Most work occurs on weekends with some weekday shifts under RHRP, and involves travel to various military installations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of Nevada.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health is preferred.
• Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology is preferred.
• Ability to travel and weekends availability is required.
• Background check and E-Verify will be used in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns requiring immediate attention, including behavioral health.
• Document results for readiness classification in the medical record using the proprietary system.
