Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred
• Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, terminology preferred
• Able to work extended hours in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel to remote military installations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Not required to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments for military personnel.
• Review health history, records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record using the proprietary system.
