Job summary

Ennoble Care is expanding its home-based primary and palliative care team in Brandon, Mississippi. We seek an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver high-quality care to homebound patients under physician supervision.

You will assess patients, create care plans, order tests, and coordinate with families and our clinical staff. A MS license and board certification are required; the role offers a flexible schedule and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification as NP or PA with current Mississippi license.
• 1-2 years in primary care with geriatric patients.
• Proven ability to work independently in home-care settings.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care at patients' homes in Brandon, MS.
• Conduct physical exams and update medical histories to plan care.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical teams.
• Deliver patient-centered care for a panel of chronic disease patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe medications as needed.
