NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our team in Greencastle, IN. This contractor position involves independent work conducting residential inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.

You will use inspection software to document findings, take photographs, and report results within set timelines. Requires reliable transportation, ability to travel locally, and a background check via Shieldhub/ABC.

Competenze

Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
Experience in default mortgage inspections.
Proficient with InspectorADE for reporting.
Willing to undergo background check (Shieldhub/ABC).
US citizen or green card holder.
