Job summary

NORTHERN OHIO FIELD SERVICES (NOFS) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our Loogootee, IN team. You will conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency-related documents as a contractor.

The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and compensation on a per-inspection basis, typically between $25 and $35 per hour, with travel to properties in Loogootee and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to properties.
• Experience in default mortgage inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE software.
• Effective communication with clients and account managers.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
• US citizen or green card holder status.
• Willingness to obtain required Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections as needed.
• Document findings using inspection software and photos.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with the account manager.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to Loogootee, IN and surrounding counties.
