NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector in LaGrange, IN to independently conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status. This contractor role offers payment per inspection and the freedom to set your own schedule while working autonomously.

Responsibilities include documenting findings with inspection software, taking property photos, and delivering documents while meeting deadlines and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple properties.
• Experience with mortgage inspections and related processes.
• Experience with InspectorADE software or similar inspection tools.
• Strong communication skills with customers and account managers.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
• Willingness to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Use inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with the account manager.
