Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder required.
• Willingness to pass industry background check (Shieldhub/ABC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to determine occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Use inspection software/tools to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager professionally.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to Jasper, IN and surrounding counties as needed.
