Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with InspectorADE is a plus.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• US citizenship or green card required; willing to obtain background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to determine occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and perform insurance inspections as needed.
• Utilize inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos and deliver documents in a timely manner.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with the account manager.
• Maintain accurate records and stay current with regulations.
• Travel to Columbus, IN and surrounding counties as required.
