Job summary

Qualifications

• Residential mortgage inspections experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Must have Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Willingness to travel to Grayling, MI and surrounding counties.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, and conduct insurance inspections.
• Document findings using inspection software/tools and report results.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account manager.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to Grayling, MI and surrounding counties as required.
