Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractor field inspectors to expand its inspection network. This role focuses on construction classifications (ISO 1–6) and general liability for commercial risks, with on-site inspections and concise reporting.

You will produce exterior measurements, photographs, observations and recommendations, and a clear summary of conditions and hazards. The engagement offers flexible assignments and payment per completed report.

Qualifications

• Experience in property and general liability inspections is preferred.
• Ability to produce clear, concise inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties within a 60-mile radius.
• Capture exterior measurements and photographs; document conditions and hazards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports including observations and recommendations.
