Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractors with expertise in construction classifications (ISO 1–6) and general liability to expand inspection volume. We focus on property and liability coverage for diverse commercial risks, including retail stores, offices, churches, restaurants, and multi-family properties.

You will conduct on-site inspections and prepare clear, concise reports detailing diagrams, photos, observations and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Contractor with ISO classifications (1–6) and general liability experience.
• Experience conducting on-site property inspections for commercial risks.
• Ability to produce clear, concise, comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assess properties.
• Prepare reports including exterior diagrams, photos, observations and recommendations.
• Summarize conditions and identify any hazards.
