Job summary

Sedgwick is recruiting independent contractors nationwide for on-site inspections focused on construction classifications (ISO 1-6) and general liability. You will assess properties across retail, offices, churches, restaurants, and housing, producing reports with measurements, photos, observations, and hazard summaries.

The role offers weekly payments and a flat-rate per completed assignment based on client specifications, program and location, with an emphasis on growing your inspection volume

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status preferred.
• Experience with construction classifications (ISO 1-6).
• General liability knowledge required.
• Willingness to conduct on-site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property inspections.
• Prepare clear, concise reports with exterior measurements, photos, observations and recommendations.
• Identify hazards and summarize current conditions.
