Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Medication administration certification required; must obtain if not currently certified within 90 days of hire.
• Prevent training certification required; must obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to program model and quality protocols.
• Provide community-based support and training to adults with I/DD and Autism.
• Teach activities of daily living and safety skills.
• Maintain program documentation and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Offer specialized training to staff (e.g., Medication Officer, Safety Officer).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
