Job summary

Out of the Box Solutions, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Oregon City to provide one-on-one support for individuals with ID/DD. You will help with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a respectful, empowering manner.

This role offers flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive team that values each client’s independence and dignity. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and applicants must meet all state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass state-required background checks and meet ODDS eligibility.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients engage with the community and stay active.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
