Out of the Box Solutions in Oregon City is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD, supporting daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals with respect and empowerment.

The role emphasizes dependable attendance, flexible scheduling, and clear communication with families and your team, while following care plans and documenting progress. Training and supervision are provided to help you make a real difference each day.

Competenze

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must be able to pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
