Out of the Box Solutions in Oregon City, OR is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD, supporting daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals. You’ll follow care plans, document progress, and communicate with families and your team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered support, independence, and safety. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of caregiving are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1+ year caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state background checks and ODDS eligibility.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Follow daily care routines and personal care with the client.
• Help clients engage with the community and social activities.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
