Out of the Box Solutions is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered in-home and community-based services in Oregon City. DSPs work one-on-one, following individualized plans to enhance daily living skills, community integration, and social opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification must be obtained upon hire.
• Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training, support, and assistance in personal care, recreation, daily living, social skills, health needs, and rights protection.
• Implement and monitor the individualized support plan with client/family input.
• Complete documentation (clocking in/out, progress notes, communications).
• Ensure health and safety; respond to emergencies; promote client independence.
• Assist with activities: cooking, cleaning, scheduling, medical appointments, shopping.
