Job summary

DABS, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional in West Hollywood to support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities and skill development, promoting independence and dignity.

You will join a mission-driven team with flexible shifts (day, evening, overnight), mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, and ongoing training to grow. CPR certification and TB test available; background check required.

Qualifications

• A caring heart and commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
• Willingness to undergo state and federal fingerprint background check.
• CPR Certification and a TB test; training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily tasks such as meals, housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene.
• Take individuals on community outings for appointments or leisure.
• Track and document changes in health and behavior to support care.
• Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive support.
