Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life in residential and community-based settings.

You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, and community participation, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment and accurate documentation. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and play an active role in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, personal growth, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment that promotes health, safety, and well-being.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

Education
