Job summary

SLE Supported Living and Employment Services in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Primary Support Professional to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and independently in their homes and communities. You will coordinate ISL services, support ISP implementation, and work with the Program Coordinator to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• In lieu of experience, Missouri Quality Outcomes training approved by the Division of Developmental Disabilities regional office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide individualized supported living services that promote independence and goal achievement.
• Support individuals in their homes and communities in a safe, person-centered environment.
• Collaborate with Program Coordinators, nursing staff, guardians, and support teams to ensure high-quality care.
