Job summary

Easterseals NH in Hooksett, NH is seeking Residential Support Counselors to join a compassionate team. The role is 30 hours per week with shifts Thursday 7a-3p, Friday 7a-3p, and Saturday 7a-9p, providing support to three adults in a residential home setting.

You will help promote independence, ensure safety, assist with daily living tasks, accompany clients to activities, and document daily progress consistent with each care plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience with high-need/high-risk populations.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and create a safe environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Support household tasks: light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Accompany clients to daily activities, appointments, and community events.
• Follow each client’s care plan and complete daily documentation.
