Job summary

• Possess a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Must not be disqualified by criminal background studies.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to document information electronically.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals who live in their own apartment, home or a family members home.
• Promote and teach a variety of independent living skills, e.g. budgeting and community access.
• Assist with completing assessments, providing outcome recommendations, progress reports.
• Assist in orientation and supervision of new staff.
