Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking an Independent Living Specialist—Float to support individuals across multiple programs throughout the South Metro area. Must be willing to travel within approximately a 30-minute radius and provide 1:1 support in home and community settings.

This full-time role offers 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shifts, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven team dedicated to helping people live independently with dignity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field.
• Two years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel within approximately a 30-minute radius of the South Metro area.
• Comfortable using technology and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 support in home and community settings.
• Help individuals develop daily living skills and greater independence.
• Support appointments, errands, employment activities, and community involvement.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Complete required documentation and progress notes.
