Responsibilities

• Direct Care & Skill Development: assess consumer levels and design individualized training programs, oversee implementations.
• Service Management & Consumer Advocacy: act as Service/Case Manager, maintain records, coordinate IDT meetings, advocate for services.
• Behavioral & Medical Support: implement behavior plans, respond to emergencies, collaborate with clinicians.
• Documentation, Compliance & Quality: complete reports on time, ensure regulatory compliance, train new staff.
