Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is hiring Residential Counselors to support individuals with daily living, community participation, and goal attainment within residential and community settings.

You will provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building; promote safety, well-being, and independence while assisting with transportation and resources. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities promoting community inclusion, relationship building, and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
