Qualifications

• Develop rapport with assigned individuals and cultivate a safe, supportive relationship.
• Contribute to plans that help individuals pursue their goals and dreams.
• Teach independent living skills and develop strategies for ongoing independence.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to support social skills.
• Coach individuals to establish volunteer opportunities or paid employment.
• Assist individuals to engage in community activities aligned with interests.

Responsabilités
