Kindly Direct Care in Morris County is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to support a 23-year-old individual in daily activities and community outings. The role emphasizes an active, outdoor lifestyle and helping with routines, time management, and personal responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is calm, easygoing, and comfortable providing supportive supervision in a one-to-one setting. Onboarding and background checks are required, with a flexible 8-hour per week schedule.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience preferred.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsabilités

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide support with community outings, such as shopping and hiking.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
