Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative in the Malvern PA area is seeking a Cognitive Retraining Specialist to help individuals build cognitive skills for greater independence at home, work, and in the community. This full-time role involves 1-on-1 coaching with 1–3 clients per day, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, at $20 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, with extensive paid training and mentorship.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Education, or a related field, have a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services/Education/Social Science required.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months; reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills desired.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach memory strategies, planning, budgeting, and problem-solving.
• Promote social and communication skills.
• Support safe navigation and community engagement.
• Help with study skills and vocational readiness.
