Job summary

ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking a Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist to join our residential teams in West Chester and Malvern, PA. This full-time role supports adults with brain injury, delivering targeted cognitive rehabilitation and working with an interdisciplinary team.

You will set goals, evaluate progress, provide hands-on support, and educate families, employers, and care networks to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in neurological rehabilitation or direct client care preferred.
• Skills: Written communication, organizational habits, time management, and strong interpersonal skills for direct family and interdisciplinary contact.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Therapy: Deliver cognitive rehabilitation focusing on memory, executive functioning, comprehension, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Goal setting & evaluation: Design, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Hands-on support: Provide guidance and supervision to help clients achieve treatment milestones.
• Education & advocacy: Train and support client families, employers, and care networks for long-term success and discharge planning.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

We are seeking a dedicated Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist to join our residential teams in West Chester and Malvern, PA, to support our clients in rebuilding critical skills and regaining independence.

What You'll Do

• Direct Client Therapy: Deliver targeted cognitive rehabilitation therapy focusing on memory, executive functioning, comprehension, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Goal Setting & Evaluation: Conduct therapy evaluations and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to design, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans.
• Hands-On Support: Provide direct guidance and supervision (ranging from minimal to maximum assistance) to help clients achieve their treatment milestones.
• Education & Advocacy: Train and support client families, employers, and care networks to ensure long-term success and seamless discharge planning.
