Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division in the West Chester, PA area is seeking a Cognitive Retraining Specialist to help individuals develop skills for greater independence at home, work, and in the community. You will work with 1-3 clients daily in home, community, or volunteer settings.

This full-time role offers paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a starting wage of $20 per hour. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Education, or Social Science is required, with a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, or Social Science.
• Valid driver's license for 12 months prior to start.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach memory strategies, planning, budgeting, and problem-solving.
• Promote social and communication skills.
• Support safe navigation and community engagement.
• Help with study skills and vocational readiness.
• Educate families and build natural support systems.
