Trinity Services, Inc. is seeking an Independent Living Coach (ILC) to support adults with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness in their homes and community programs in the Chicago area.

The role involves coaching life skills, personal care and daily activities, with paid training provided. No prior experience is required; empathy and reliability are essential to help clients thrive and reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• CPR/First Aid, Safety Care and Medication Administration Authorization required.

Responsabilités

• Foster meaningful relationships with individuals receiving services.
• Provide daily routines coaching, meal prep, and transportation in agency vehicle.
• Collaborate with support team and report health/behavior changes promptly.
• Document activities and medications as trained.
