Trinity Services, Inc. is seeking a Stabilization Home Services Independent Living Coach to supervise, guide, and support individuals served, promoting independence and personal development in a respectful, person-centered environment.

The role involves transportation, documentation, ISPs, and coordination with the Residential Supervisor. Requires valid license and DSP experience; offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience with individuals with IDD or mental health.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment assessments, including a reading comprehension assessment.

Responsabilités

• Promote a safe, respectful living environment that protects dignity and rights.
• Advocate for individuals’ rights, choices, and needs.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and community participation.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with staff as needed.
• Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and use approved interventions when trained.
