Job summary

Trinity Services, Inc. is seeking an Independent Living Coach (ILC) to support adults with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness in home and community settings.

You will provide guidance, encouragement, and hands-on coaching to help individuals develop new skills and build independence. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, health monitoring, and promoting participation in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting agency requirements.
• Must complete STOFLA literacy assessment before first day.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid and Safety Care certifications; Medication Administration Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with individuals and promote growth.
• Assist with daily living tasks, meals, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Document activities and administer medications per procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to implement person-centered plans.
• Complete required training and maintain certifications.
