On one day you may be taking them to the gym to increase their health and wellness goal or on another day, you will be assisting them as they study to take a test for school. You will need to maintain all assigned documentation and data regarding their progress. As the educator you will sometimes need to provide personal care for them. Punctuality and empathy will be an important skill that is needed to carry out these responsibilities. Monthly mastermind meetings to collaborate with your peers and case manager will be held to ensure you are supported with the resources necessary for an excellent outcome of goals.
