Job summary

Reefers Rolls & Bowls, a BakeChop Co. concept in Downtown DeLand, FL, is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced, to-go only operation. You’ll cook, assemble orders, and keep your station stocked while delivering great guest service.

This is an independent, evening/late-night role where you’ll talk to guests, handle payments, follow recipes, maintain food safety, and own your shift from start to close as busy season begins.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience required.
• Comfortable operating a POS and cashing guests out.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Evening and late night availability.
• Fast, organized, and able to multitask.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Able to stay calm and positive during busy rushes.
• Comfortable working grill, fryer, prep, and assembly.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Strong cleanliness and food safety habits.
• Willing to prep, cook, clean, stock, close, and do whatever needs to get done.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and assembling orders.
