Overview

Guidelight Health is a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company delivering PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) services. We are building a team of passionate, forward-thinking professionals to reshape mental health care. This role is onsite at the Federal Way clinic and reports to the Executive Director.

Title: Therapist
Department/Location: 100% Onsite at the Federal Way clinic
FLSA Status: Exempt
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm PST. Primary focus on the Adult PHP/IOP population with some flexibility to cover Adolescents as needed.

Role Summary

Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients\' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients\' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Required Qualifications

• A master\'s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid Washington state independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
• Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a group curriculum.
• Ability to manage clients in a group setting via in-person and virtual platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $95,000 USD - $110,000 USD
