Job summary

Guidelight Health seeks a Clinical Therapist (Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed) to join our Denver-area onsite team serving adults and adolescents. The role requires Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and a commitment to evidence-based behavioral health care in a PHP/IOP setting.

This full-time position offers supervision toward licensure, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a schedule Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm MT. Location: Cherry Creek, Denver.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid independent state licensure in CO (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate clinicians as part of Guidelight’s program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based interventions including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessment within identified time frames and scoring guidelines.

Title: Clinical Therapist,Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed

This is a fulltime Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm MST, onsite position at the Cherry Creek, Denver location working with the adult and adolescent population.

*Must be independently licensed in the state of Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Role Summary:

The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.

Role Responsibilities/Competencies:

• Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients’ needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensiveand continuity of care.
• Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand withappropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care.
• Assess andidentifycommunity resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning.
• Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships
• Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high-quality care.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

RequiredQualifications:

• A master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid Independent state licensure in the state of CO (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

• GroupFacilitationexperience with willingness to follow a structured curriculum

$80,000—$93,000 USD
