Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Therapist (Licensed) to provide PHP/IOP-based care at the Central Park Clinic in Denver, Colorado. The role requires a full independent license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) and involves individual, group, and family therapy for adult and adolescent clients.

You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid Independent Colorado licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
  • Willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Monitor and document clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
  • Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames.

Department/Location: Onsite at Central Park Clinic

FLSA Status: Exempt

Description:

Position is Fulltime, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm MST working with the adult and adolescent population in the IOP/PHP setting, at the Central Park Clinic.

Seeking clinicians with full independent licensure in Colorado (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Role Summary:

The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.

Role Responsibilities/Competencies:

  • Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients’ needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.

  • Monitor and document clients’ progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensiveandcontinuityofcare.

  • Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand withappropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care.

  • Assess andidentifycommunity resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning.

  • Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.

  • Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships

  • Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high-quality care.

  • Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.

  • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

RequiredQualifications:

  • A master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Valid Independent state Colorado licensure in the state applicable (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

  • If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements.

  • Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

  • Relevant PHP/IOP experience

  • GroupFacilitationexperience
