Job summary

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation, LLC (CCCC) is seeking psychotherapists to join a multidisciplinary team serving the DC-MD-VA region. The role offers flexible scheduling and a mix of remote, hybrid, or in-office service options.

Qualifications

Licensed in VA, MD, or DC with priority for all jurisdictions.
Interest in serving pre-adolescent populations is preferred.
1–3 years of experience desired.
Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy to TRICARE beneficiaries as appropriate to training and scope.
Develop treatment plans and deliver trauma-informed mental health services.
Assess and respond to risks (suicide, self-harm, abuse, violence) following laws and standards.
Maintain accurate, timely, and secure clinical records and communications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in related duties as required.
