Job summary

Seven Counties Services in Kentucky seeks a licensed mental health clinician to provide comprehensive clinical services, including intakes, group, individual and family therapy, and crisis intervention. You will maintain detailed documentation, develop treatment plans, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with schools, families and health agencies to coordinate programs and services.

A Master's degree and current licensure are required; travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services with certification/licensure in area of specialization (e.g., LPCC, LPCA, LMFT)
• Four to six years of clinical experience with advanced knowledge of mental and physical characteristics of applicable population
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; potential for supervisory/leadership responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including intakes and therapies (group, individual, family) and crisis intervention.
• Maintain and complete service documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, reports, letters).
• Develop and coordinate clinical programs within division; mentor or supervise clinical staff.
• Collaborate with external agents (schools, families, health agencies) for program needs and conditions.
• Attend staff meetings, planning meetings, case conferences, and seminars; provide information for program administration.
• Write correspondence for clients and families (court reports, letters) and ensure compliance with standards.
