Job summary

UltaCare Medical, a leader in on-site healthcare, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide psychotherapy to nursing home residents.

You will collaborate with facility staff, document visits within 24 hours, and occasionally work with patients’ families. The role offers Monday–Friday hours, a full-time schedule, and a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 plus bonus, with comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience working with the geriatric population is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility staff and administration to provide an integrated patient experience.
• Document visit notes within 24 hours of the visit.
• Provide psychotherapy to patients and occasionally to their families.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to patients.
